Hello and thank you for visiting my blog!

There isn’t a lot here at the moment, but this blog will be the place I will pick up the journaling of my research topics moving forward.  Some of you may have found me from my current gaming interest, Path of Exile, and maybe more specifically, the Facebook gaming group Path of Exile Play Pit.  This will be the primary focus of my blog as researching the Action Role-playing Game (ARPG) genre consumes a lot of my free time.  I should be writing, but I admit, I am gaming way too much!  As a non-gamer, this has been an unexpected diversion.

Writing has taken a backseat while I pursue my hardcore achievements, and that is where my real interest lies, the hardcore gaming mode.  I do play Solo Self Found Hardcore SSFHC, as the protagonist of my novel I have been trying to finish for over two years is a hardcore gamer.

What I’ve learnt, is that everything I’ve written about the hardcore gaming concepts are wrong.  (lol)  So I need to go back to the drawing board and revisit a lot of my chapters.  A lot of writing still to do, but it’s a labour of love.  It’s more about the personal gratification of writing that one novel I would love to read over and over, that has element of adventure and romance.
